This highly-anticipated event was extremely chaotic and sloppy – exactly like we love our Slap Cup games, but pretty frustrating for a lot of players when competing for olympic medals!
After many slaps, spills, and yells, we made it down to a fast-paced final four with the three medalists and Erika. The rectangular table was challenging in the beginning, as the over-crowded corner spots kept getting cut off and reached over; by the end, the final players each had their own side and had to reach as far as they could just to reach for a slap. With some re-tooling of the logistics, a lot of us want to try to revisit Slap Cup in some form later on this Olympics season!
